Thank you for choosing Qualitea. We’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

 

1. Shipping Locations At this time, we ship only within the Contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

We do not currently offer shipping to:

  • Alaska & Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, & U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses
  • International locations We hope to expand our shipping regions in the future.

 

2. Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within:

  • 1–3 business days under normal conditions
  • 3–5 business days during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

 

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or seasonal volume.

 

4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.

 

5. Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Missing apartment or unit numbers
  • Customer relocation or forwarding issues

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing after delivery:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Confirm the delivery address on your order
  3. Wait 24 hours in case of an early scan
  4. File a claim directly with the carrier We will assist where possible, but replacements are not guaranteed.

 

7. Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at support@qualiteaus.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box and label Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

 

8. Order Changes & Cancellations Because we pack orders quickly, we may not be able to modify or cancel an order once it is placed. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try our best to accommodate.
