At Qualitea, we take product quality and safety seriously. Because our teas, powders, cookies, and gift items are all food products, we follow strict guidelines to ensure every customer receives fresh, uncompromised products.

To maintain these standards, please review our return and refund policy below.

 

1. No Returns on Food Products All of our products—including freeze-dried tea powders, tea bags, fruit tea bags, tea-infused cookies, and tea-flavored sachets—are classified as food items.

👉 For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of any food product, whether opened or unopened.

This policy ensures that every customer receives products that have been stored and handled safely from start to finish.

 

2. Manufacturer Defects Only Our return policy applies only to products with verified manufacturer defects, such as:

  • Sealed packaging arriving noticeably empty
  • Packaging issues resulting from the production process
  • Product quality concerns that occurred before shipping

If you believe your item has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to support@qualiteaus.com

What we’ll need:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product, packaging, and defect
  • A brief description of the issue

If the defect is verified, we will provide either: ✔ A replacement item at no cost, or ✔ A full refund (including shipping, if applicable)

 

3. Items Damaged During Shipping If your package was damaged in transit, we’re here to help. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

  • The damaged item(s)
  • The outer shipping box
  • The shipping label

We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and send a replacement at no charge.

 

4. Order Errors (Wrong Item Received) If you received an incorrect product due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll send the correct item at no additional cost. You may be asked to safely dispose of the incorrect food item, as returning food products is not permitted for health and safety reasons.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items To protect customer safety and maintain low prices, the following are always final sale:

  • All food and beverage products
  • Taste Preferences: We do not offer refunds because a customer does not like the flavor or texture.
  • All gift boxes containing food
  • Limited-release or seasonal items
  • Items purchased during special promotions or clearance events

 

6. Refund Processing Time Once your claim is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

 

7. We’re Here to Help Even with a strict food-safety policy, our priority is making sure you feel supported. If anything with your order isn’t right, we’ll work quickly and fairly to resolve the issue.
